Peony flower water (hydrolat) is a natural product produced by steam distillation of peony flowers grown in Lithuania. Peonies have regenerating, firming, moisturizing and activating natural skin protection. The flower contains a chemical called methyl salicylate, which acts as an anti-inflammatory analgesic. Peony hydrolate can be used to moisturize irritated, scaly, prone to itchy scalp, as well as skin that is affected by eczema.
