Terms of service
Persons, obtaining goods in this shop, shall be 18 (eighteen) years or older. In addition the first sentence, persons under 14 (fourteen) years old can purchase goods with the consent of their parents or supervisors. The person, ordering goods in accordance with these Rules, confirms that he/she has the right to purchase the goods in this online store.
The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer, having formed the Shopping Cart in the Online Store, specifying the Buyer's name (in Latin letters) and delivery address, exact postcode, selecting the payment method and reading these Terms, pays for the order by the chosen payment method.
Once the buyer has placed and paid for the order, he will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order. Upon preparation of the order, the Seller sends an email to the Buyer informing him/her that the Goods have been sent to the Buyer or are ready for pickup at the store (depending on which delivery method has been selected). Every contract (order) concluded between Buyer and Seller is registered and stored in the database of the online store.
